BIM & Design
Our BIM team delivers complete Revit and CAD designs for any facility type — 100% ready to advertise or issued for construction (IFC). We handle the full drawing set so you never chase coordination or missing details.

Scanning
We perform aerial drone scanning of facilities as well as detailed interior scanning — capturing precise spatial data for as-built documentation, BIM model generation, renovation planning, or site assessment. Deliverables include point clouds, orthomosaics, 3D models, and dimensioned floor plans.
Exterior and roof surveys, site mapping, progress documentation, and aerial as-built capture for facilities of any scale.
LiDAR and photogrammetry-based interior capture for as-built floor plans, clash detection prep, and renovation documentation.
Point cloud files (.RCP/.RCS/LAS), Revit-ready as-built models, orthomosaic maps, and dimensioned PDF exports.
