• Seated convenience and light reach assistance without positioning it as a certified medical device.
• Fan-rated structural mounting path, safety cable, blade lockout, soft gripper, load sensing, and slow controlled motion.

Prototype target

Bench testing the retrieval arm first, keeping early assist targets in the 2-5 lb range until lift, reach, droop, braking, and gripper reliability are proven.
